Pravin Vemuru asks if we can be detached from society - through his deep, philosophical and non-sentimental poem.

Sometimes, when I’ve had too much time
I wallow
Not for the self
But for that perfect self, I’d aspired to

A man who doesn’t regret
Doesn’t speak a word
Doesn’t have to

Who’s fulfilled by the notion
That what needs to be said has been said
Deeds done. And purpose realised.
