I became interested in how the discipline of genetics can be married with those of archaeology, anthropology and history while studying biological anthropology at the University of Cambridge. I am probably best known for having led the genetic analysis in the King Richard III case and as the geneticist on BBC's DNA Family Secrets with Stacey Dooley.
