Sankara Jayanth

Sankara Jayanth Sudanagunta is a poet and artist from Hyderabad, India. His Japanese short-form poetry appears in leading international journals like Frogpond, haikuKATHA, Acorn, Under the Basho and others. He won the prestigious 12th Setouchi-Matsuyama Photo-Haiku Contest and the 5th Basho-an International English Haiku Competition for his haiku, both contests held in Japan for international haiku poets. He is also the founding editor of Haiku Seed Journal.
