Prarthana Banikya

Prarthana Banikya is the recipient of the 2018 Orange Flower Award for poetry, a Pushcart prize nominee, the founder and editor of the art and literary magazine, The Little Journal of Northeast India, and co-curator of the Houses of Bengaluru IG page. Her poems, essays, and writing initiatives have been featured in numerous publications including Asia Writes, Indian Express, Homegrown, The Curious Reader, Nether, Stories of the Cities, Aaduna, Namnai, Feminism India, and Pratilipi.
