N Vinod Chandra Menon

Professor N. Vinod Chandra Menon is one of the Founder Members of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of India. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of disaster management, climate change adaptation and public policy analysis, and has worked for many international organisations, including the World Bank, UNDP, UNESCAP, UNICEF, Asian Disaster Preparedness Center, USAID, ADB and other co-financing international and Indian agencies. He has scores of publications, with chapters in books, articles in reputed Journals, Papers in Conferences, etc.
